• Details about your property, site, finance, project plans, professionals contacted and current stage.
• Your triage-call preferences and any notes or documents you choose to provide.
• Your optional choice about receiving marketing follow-up.
• Basic technical and usage information, such as anonymous check-session identifiers and website analytics.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Calculate and deliver your readiness score, breakdown and roadmap.
• Respond to you and arrange a triage call when requested.
• Coordinate pre-construction services if you choose to work with Buildably.
• Operate, secure and improve the readiness check and our services.
• Send occasional updates only where you have separately agreed to marketing follow-up.

Storage and security

Readiness submissions and contact details are stored using Supabase, our cloud database provider. Access is restricted to authorised people and service providers who need it to operate Buildably. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold.

When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure and operate the website, or where required by law.

We only pass your personal details to a builder with your explicit consent.

If you ask us to coordinate other professionals, we will explain what information needs to be shared for that work. You remain free to choose your own providers.

Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide our services, manage your enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires it to be retained.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or withdraw marketing consent by contacting Buildably through the same channel used for your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required by law.

Questions or complaints

You can raise a privacy question or complaint through the same channel used for your enquiry. We will review it and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
